Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns Policy

No Returns Due to Hygiene Reasons

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any of our fragrance oils, skincare products, or sample sizes. All sales are final.

We understand this is important, which is why we offer 1ml sample sizes of all our fragrance oils so you can try before committing to a full-size product.

While we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons, we stand behind the quality of our products 100%.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will:

Send a replacement product immediately, or
Issue a full refund

This guarantee covers manufacturing defects, shipping damage, and order errors only.

Try Before You Buy

Not sure which scent is right for you? Order our 1ml sample sizes to test the fragrance on your skin before purchasing a full-size bottle. Each sample provides 10-15 applications.
